The Prevent Blindness Foundation (PBF) is a charitable organisation based in Brisbane, Queensland Australia.

The mission of the Foundation is to provide clinical eye care, educate all level of eye health care providers, conduct research and find new ways to save sight and stimulate awareness of eye health in the community

One of the major achievements of The Prevent Blindness Foundation is the establishment and ongoing funding of the Queensland Eye Institute.
